Who We Are

We are a management consultancy specialising in change management, with a team of experts dedicated to helping businesses unlock their potential. The team is headed up by Joe Booth, who has over 30yrs experience in multiple sectors.

Joe is passionate about culture change, and has helped many business achieve significant improvements in their operations, productivity and profitability. He is dedicated to sharing his knowledge of Leadership, Lean and Psychology with his clients.

The rest of the access2growth team is made up of experienced consultants and professionals, who bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise. They have a proven track record of helping businesses in all shapes and sizes, nationally and internationally, across many different sectors, achieve their full potential.

At access2growth we have a collaborative process, working closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and opportunities. We have a hands-on approach to work, using a range of tools and techniques from Leadership, Lean and Psychology.

Meet the Team

Joe Booth

FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR
Joe Booth is the founder, owner, and director of access2growth Ltd. Joe started the company in 1994, originally specialising in Lean, however his forte is winning over the people who say “but it’s always been done that way”. Joe’s mission is to help businesses be the best they can be. His teachings have proven success across a wide spectrum of industries and +150 clients, 8 of which have won national awards due to his direct support. Joe has had coverage in print and broadcast outlets (BBC, Open University) and has been motivational speaking across the globe for three decades.
Leanne Shea

MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT
Leanne is a powerhouse who not only teaches and trains, but also coaches and mentors clients. Leanne believes that the learning experience should be fun, resulting in the learner staying curious and coming back for more. Our clients find her “supportive, motivational, insightful and inspiring”. With a background in business analytics and a passion for psychometric testing, Leanne is our resident DISC Certified Trainer.
Barry Watkins

MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT
Barry is our newest member of the access2growth team. He is an experienced teacher and coach but more importantly, a really likeable guy and a life-long learner. His skills and experience have been a breath of fresh air, and with him in the team we are hoping to elevate our teaching and coaching to a new level, providing our clients with the best outcomes ever.
Holly Bell

HEAD OF ACCOUNTS AND ADMIN
Holly is our company chameleon, who divides her time between a variety of roles, which she has done for the past 4 years she has worked at access2growth. During this time, she has been responsible for spearheading transformative change within the business and has achieved this by introducing new innovations in digital systems and video technology, to maximise efficiency, saving us time and money. In addition to this, she is an accomplished bookkeeper and currently manages the Accounts side of the business, ensuring all invoicing is running smoothly.
Jackie Gibbs

MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT
Jackie started her working life in frontline retail , and graduated to Executive Roles with Arcadia Group, Falmer Jeans, and Warner Brothers Retail Europe. In the noughties, Jackie worked for access2growth supporting retail clients until 2010, when she became Head of Customer Service for Greater Anglia, a Train Operating Company. After her spell in the railways she returned to access2growth in a part-time supporting role.
Paul Curtis

MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT
Paul Curtis progressed to Managing Director of Krone (UK) in 1994, introduced Lean, and won Best UK Factory of the Year twice. He joined access2growth as joint Owner-Manager in 1997 and helped shape the business. Paul championed the 20 Keys for the UK and introduced it to 12 companies. Although Paul retired from full time duties in 2006, he is still an active member of the team.
