Congratulations Paragon Rotherham!

Huge congratulations go out to these 11 stars at Paragon Communications Rotherham, who not only completed a 13mth Lean Leader Programme, but also a separate in-depth 3mth Kaizen project.

This was an incredibly hard working group, and on top of that, one of the Lean Leaders achieved the highest final score in access2growth history!!!

A big shout-out must go to the Rotherham Site Director and her Senior Management Team, who were an incredible support throughout the programme.
